    1. Placement of materials
      1. Folders and sub-folders are self-explanatory
    2. Working on documents
      1. Best to work offline and then cut and paste into the official document
      2. In order to change a document you will need to ‘open with WORD’ in order to edit existing documents; when finished – file save then refresh the page
  • Is there a method to recover deleted items? Amy checking
  1. Leaders are responsible for their respective questions and uploading responses
  1. Issues so far
    1. Short term task is to identify gaps before Dan Hunt comes 2/25
      1. If anyone identifies a gap please place in the Gap folder of BOX in the spreadsheet
        1. Spreadsheet lists DCI’s/Gap/comments/clarifying questions/solutions
      2. Will post one spreadsheet for DCI6 and one for DCI7
  1. Independent Student Analysis (ISA) will be in the spring
    1. This is a survey of the students independent of the GQ
    2. All four years will complete this survey
  2. Future meetings
    1. This sub-committee will meet again in mid-March; then six weeks later; then quarterly
    2. Future meetings will be scheduled for either 7:00 a.m. or 5:00 p.m.
  • If indicated as critical, that would let the clinicians know to reschedule their time in order to attend
  1. Topics for Dan Hunt
    1. Hunt is coming to meet with the LCME teams
      1. will be here all day February 25th
      2. this committee has a specific meeting with him from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. in C3626
    2. He is here to clarify some of the DCI questions
    3. Please gather any additional questions the team may have for Dr. Hunt
