  1. Reviewed LCME Guidance Document
    • LCME Secretariat: Dan Hunt (member of Secretariat) will be visiting Penn State for two days in February 2016.  [Date finalized for February 24-25.  Our Subcommittee I is scheduled to meet with Dr. Hunt from 11 to 12 on February 25th.]
    • LCME site visit is every 8 years.

  • 25% of the Standards / 20% the Elements for the Data Collection Instrument (DCI are our responsibility.

    • LCME provided guidance documents for completing Standards 1, 2, and 4.
    • Amy Savastio-Ladd will send a link to the PSU Box System for members to download important information for the committee.

  1. Homework:
    1. Review LCME Guidance Document for discussion at next LCME Committee I meeting in January 2016.
    2. Review Standards 1, 2, and 4 and determine where you would be comfortable to contribute to a narrative.
    3. Submit list of preference assignments (choose 2 elements) and strengths to Dr. Vrana. Matrix will be created with assignments.  They will be reviewed at the next meeting in January 2016.
